The Wild Love Festival every Summer has become a tradition. It is a unique seed in Switzerland, which is sprouting and growing. And sometimes there is an additional event in spring in a different format.

This year's festival edition on Intimacy brought a soft and tender flavor - the power of depth.

The Festival is evolving, its pace has changed, we grow, you grow, we gain new insights, we adjust and implement new ideas and what we feel a call for.

AS our personal lives change, other projects arise, like building a home, having children, etc. also the Wild Love team evolves and is calling in new team members to join the core of the organizing team.

At the festival itself you might just get a glimpse of our work, behind the scenes there is a lot more to be done… apart from a lot of organizational work, which also contains advertising, webpage-creation, ticketing- & email system-maintenance, communications, decision making and more, there is also the dreaming, listening, writing, manifesting, creating, as much as diving into the process of working closely as a team and all the gifts and challenges this offers…

It means to be in contact throughout the year, having many online meetings and working sessions and to dive in deeply at our gatherings and working sessions, when we meet “in bodies”. It also means that especially in the weeks before and after a big event, there is a lot of work to be done.

Important to say: To organize this festival and other potential Wild Love events quite a bit of time and willingness to take responsibility are needed - starting mostly half a year ahead. So if you see, you can make it a priority in life, let us know !

If you feel the Call apply until the 5th of Sept by feeling into and responding to the following questions:

What is your motivation / intention?

Can you feel yourself as a part of the team?

Can you offer the needed time-commitment to organize?

Are you willing to also do the tasks which might not be “fun” to do, but need to be done, due to organizing such events?

What are the contributions (experiences, knowledge, skills etc) you can bring to our team?

What are your strengths, what are your weaknesses? Generally and in team work.
